Des douleurs au bas du dos. Des hanches raides. Une mobilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e malgr\u00e9 vos efforts. Ce que peu de gens savent, c&rsquo;est que le lien entre la respiration et la mobilit\u00e9 est direct, mesurable et souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9. En tant que kin\u00e9siologue, naturopathe et neuroth\u00e9rapeute, j&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 plus de 5 000 clients. En haut : le diaphragme. Sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s : les abdominaux profonds, les obliques et le transverse. En bas : le plancher pelvien. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur : les multifides et les muscles paravert\u00e9braux, attach\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque vert\u00e8bre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Quand ces quatre structures fonctionnent ensemble, la pression interne est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Le mouvement est fluide. La douleur diminue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Mais quand la respiration est dysfonctionnelle, tout le syst\u00e8me compensera. Les \u00e9paules montent. Les hanches se bloquent. Le bas du dos souffre.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">Les muscles secondaires sous tension<\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Un diaphragme qui ne bouge pas assez force d&rsquo;autres muscles \u00e0 compenser. Notamment :<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Les trap\u00e8zes et les muscles cervicaux<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Le tenseur du fascia lata (la bandelette IT, tr\u00e8s courante chez les coureurs et les gens s\u00e9dentaires)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Les ischio-jambiers, qui soutiennent toute la ceinture pelvienne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Ces tensions ne disparaissent pas avec des \u00e9tirements seuls. Elles reviennent. Toujours. Elle connaissait la respiration abdominale. Pourtant, elle souffrait de douleurs persistantes au bas du dos et de hanches tr\u00e8s raides.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 que son diaphragme bougeait peu. Elle respirait surtout par le ventre, comme on l&rsquo;enseigne souvent. Mais cette technique seule ne mobilise pas la cage thoracique inf\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">On a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la respiration 360\u00b0 dans sa routine. Rien d&rsquo;autre n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9 dans sa pratique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>R\u00e9sultat en 4 semaines : r\u00e9duction de 80 % de ses tensions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Et tout \u00e7a en seulement 2 \u00e0 5 minutes par jour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f564f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f564f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f4cc.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccc\" \/> La respiration et la mobilit\u00e9 sont directement li\u00e9es via le diaphragme. Lorsque le diaphragme ne bouge pas correctement, les muscles des hanches, du dos et des \u00e9paules compensent et se rigidifient. En pratiquant la respiration 360\u00b0 de 2 \u00e0 5 minutes par jour, on peut r\u00e9duire les tensions musculaires et am\u00e9liorer significativement la mobilit\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89aadc3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"89aadc3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Comment pratiquer la respiration 360\u00b0 en 5 \u00e9tapes simples<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e716edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e716edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">La respiration 360\u00b0 consiste \u00e0 diriger l&rsquo;air vers les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, vers l&rsquo;avant, vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re, et vers le bas. Pas seulement dans le ventre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Voici comment je l&rsquo;enseigne :<\/p>\n<ol class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Installez-vous debout ou assis<\/strong>, les \u00e9paules rel\u00e2ch\u00e9es vers le bas<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Posez vos mains sur les c\u00f4tes<\/strong>, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous la poitrine<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Inspirez lentement par le nez<\/strong> en gonflant les c\u00f4tes vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, comme un ballon<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Ne laissez pas les \u00e9paules monter<\/strong> \u2014 c&rsquo;est le signal que la respiration est haute<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\"><strong>Expirez lentement par la bouche<\/strong>, comme si vous souffliez dans une paille, en vidant compl\u00e8tement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce cycle 5 \u00e0 8 fois. Deux \u00e0 cinq minutes suffisent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Faites-le maintenant. Puis refaites un squat ou un mouvement habituel.
